Oh, trust me, I know all too well the game to this point. Just because you say you work for NW doesn't mean you're the only one who knows what's going on as this forum is all about NW & WP and news about the various union vs. management battles have been posted frequently.
It's the seething sense of entitlement I read in your posts and can only guess you display in your duties with "slugs" (pax) that makes it harder to support unions in their fight with management. I work in the customer service field and have for 10 years and would be turfed out in a New York minute if I displayed the customer unfriendly attitude you have here.
