your right..it is your mistake because we obviously cant make a profit off the ticket prices we are charging you! This company exists still because of one reason..the concessions they have and will continue to take from the thousands of employees! If it werent for us, this company would be in the dirt like Eastern, Pan Am and other fallen giants. I suggest you do some research about the topic you are discussing....
