What's entirely incorrect? If you're talking about getting 2 upgraded rooms, it just happened to me.
I reserved 2 rooms at the Hilton NY (which lately has gotten a lot of heat by this group).
They upgraded both of my rooms. One room was a suite one floor down from my other room which was on the executive floor. I asked and they gave them to me gladly. I know others have problems there lately but I was extremely pleased. By the way, I got points for the total cost of both rooms, not one. Maybe it was a mistake but who's complaining??
