Ual.com Upgrade Bug
For the last few weeks (maybe for the last few months--I am not sure when this bug started), I can only upgrade my flights to the first destination when using ual.com. Further destinations in the itinerary are shown, but there are no pulldown boxes to select an upgrade type to select, and there is way to select which flights to upgrade. This has caused me to phone the 1K line to request upgrades for my last few itineraries. I've noticed this for round trips and for multi-destination itineraries.
This feature used to work for all itinerary legs.
