DL to DCA - still enforcing last 30 min rule
I flew ATL-DCA this past week and was amused when the first officer made the "30 min, no pee" announcement three times between boarding time and taxiing.

I thought this rule was revoked a few months ago. Does each airline have the right to decide if they want to enforce this or not?
