by using the "Search By" as "Price" and then the "Desired Travel Month and Type of Fare" picklist on the subsequent screen (or by using "Advanced Search" with the "Class of Service" picklist), you can identify the costs by clicking the little "i" icons.
Thank you--informative link. I'm still confused on whether or not an agent can tell me how many seats are available for upgrade and why could an HP agent confirm at time of booking and the US agent couldn't.
