That's exactly the reason I was mentioning it; need the Access program. So it looks like Office Pro for me.

I see that it can be purchased as an upgrade from Works (included with Home XP).

But will it let me install on both laptop and desktop? (I don't think so--and I surely can't afford to buy 2 pkgs ~$300/ea!!) Do you know if there is any work-around for this?
