I emailed the international concierge who came on my plane in EWR and made the reasonable offer.

He has emailed back and said he's sending the $500 voucher to me.

Will take some weeks to get here but trust it will make it.

Am I satisfied? Yes and no.

Remember $2800 paid ticket; half of trip seat doesn't work; insulting $50 voucher.

I will use the voucher and fly CO at least one more time internationally.

Will I continue to fly CO?

I don't know.

It's convienent but expensive and they have at least one good concierge.
