I LOVED my panasonic phone but when I made the service switch AT&T wireless would not unlock it. They also only carried that phone for 1 year. I had paid $300 for it and only got 1 year's worth of use out of it. T-Mobile doesn't have many options in world phones and I think Motorola phones are stinkers.
Ask around in Singapore for the GU-88 which was the unbranded Chinese version of the GU-87. It's an older model but someone should have one SOMEWHERE. Alternatively, my current favorite is the NEC L1. It doesn't have all the features you describe but once you feel it and see the size I think you'll fall in love. Any tri-band phone will work great on T-mobile for voice. Data is more of a crapshoot. Another phone that's interesting is the Panasonic x800. Symbian 60 but NOT a Nokia.
