I agree with the earlier post about working on the food being improved rather than the knives. I had a chicken breast today (admittedly in E+) that would have taken a surgical knife to cut. My mistake was ordering a special meal, thinking it would be better quality than the standard fare. Ixnay on that idea in the future!
