I think she's getting a bit carried away with herself. Current target is a response within 48hrs and this (so far) is being adhered to - although I can imagine an ex-TIP booking being passed around like a hot potato for weeks on end by our Fares nerds.

Please try again. Just ask whoever answers the phone to delete both the IAD-LHR & LHR-IAD segments from the booking, and then rebook the segments from normal availability again and simply re-price. This is a minor, squiggly little workaround that sometimes you need to rebook all sectors before the damn system will quote again. You may be looking at a price difference of about $300, unfortunately. And remember to get a US address for your EC account if you want to do MFU.
