I was told on Sunday by an girl in Newcastle that fares are still taking 2 weeks or more to reply. She has 2 enquiries outstanding for over 2 weeks.

I gave up any hope of getting my fare quoted corrected. Called Stockholm office on Monday and they did it in a minute.
