They are still using all plastic to LHR (at least from IAD). What's up with that? Why haven't they reverted to the standard for other intl flights i.e. metal plus the silver plastic knife????

In addition on my latest flight it wasn't the typical black plastic but very floppy white "picnic" style cutlery.
