Two different PNRs, one COPlat one NWPlat. NWPlat was upgraded within window. COPlat was never upgraded, despite NWGolds and NWSilvers being upgraded within their windows. Res says nothing wrong with the record and that messages exist within the record indicating upgrade attempts.
