TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Restrictions: Seats are limited and fares may not be available on all flights.

Purchase Requirements: Fares must be purchased via delta.com only.

Ticketing Period: Tickets must be purchased on or before 10/16/00. Purchase must
be made at time of reservation.

Travel Period: Fares are valid for travel commencing on or after 10/9/00. All
travel must be complete on or before 11/2/00.

Blackout Dates: None.

Stopovers: None.

Minimum/Maximum Stay: Minimum Stay: 3 days. Maximum stay: 30 days.

Fare Validity: Fares are valid in the Economy (Coach) cabin on Delta/Delta
Connection flights only. All fares are round trip and require a round trip
purchase. Fares are valid for U. S. originating passengers only. Travel is
permitted only Monday through Thursday. Fare is not valid for travel on Friday,
Saturday, or Sunday.

Passports/Visas: It is the passenger's responsibility to be in possession of all
necessary documentation for the destination country (valid passport, visa, etc.)
at the time of departure. Delta reserves the right to deny boarding to
passengers without the proper documentation.

Cancellations/Changes/Standby: Fares are nonrefundable. Cancellations: Prior to
departure: Nonrefundability is waived for Delta schedule change, upgrade to a
higher fare or illness or death of the passenger or a family member. Changes:
Return travel date may be changed to a different date for a charge of $100 for
each such change as long as rule requirements are satisfied. Date changes must
be made prior to the original travel date of the flight coupons concerned.
Special offers issued on Delta's web site may not be applied to other Web fares
on delta.com. Credit vouchers cannot be used for payment for tickets purchased
on delta.com. These special offers are not combinable with other Delta fares.

Taxes/Fees: Fares on published routings do not include government imposed
transportation taxes and other applicable fees, including Passenger Facility
Charge(s) of up to $18, U.S. international departure and arrival charges of
$24.80, U.S. and foreign user, inspection, security or other similarly based
charges, fees or taxes of up to $75, depending on itinerary. These fees are the
responsibility of the passenger and must be paid at the time of ticketing.
