I don't recall TL's policy being to guarantee any rate - just that they'll do something to put a smile on your face...wheras Expedia will give you greyhairs & overdraft charges.

So,anyways - Have just sent off two identical emails to both TL & Expedia, saying am concerned about reports of friends trying to check-in at hotel & if they could confirm will be honoured. Shall be interesting to see the replies.
