Question: If the mantiance fee is based on the size of your "unit" why would anyone buy, just an example, a silver 2 bedroom worth 7000 points, instead of a platnium studio for 7000 points, and then just convert it to the 2 bedroom and save a bunch on mantiance?????? Unless you are buying below the lowest Plat week unit, why would any one buy a non-plat week unit?!
