Lol - I'm enjoying this thread tremendously, at the poor OP's expense.
When my husband and I married 32 years ago, we couldn't afford and didn't have a honeymoon. We just got up the next morning and went back to work. In retrospect (and subsequent travels together) that was probably a good thing. As Mark Twain once commented: "I have found out that there ain't no surer way to find out whether you like people or hate them than to travel with them."
