Actually, not everyone. My honeymoon consisted of 4 days in a Toyota Corolla packed with wedding presents and clothes while we covered 2,000 miles between the wedding and our new home. I still have memories of the time spent with my new bride and am still married and in love 30 years later. I think you need to focus on perfecting the relationship, not the honeymoon. You don't need white sand and blue water to develop the everlasting bond. A honeymoon is just an indulgence. I do approve of travel and relaxation, but don't be focusing your efforts on perfection. You will end up stressed and disappointed over a minor glitch (missed connection, visa problem, lost baggae, etc) at a time when you should be celebrating. I guess A types can't help themselves, but, Dude, chill on this one. OK?
