I've had adjoining passengers offer me their desserts over the years, but I've never had anyone offer me their sandwich.
On my PHL-DFW at 2pm yesterday we had egg salad or half a turkey wrap (which I actually like...just it's too small). When I was on coach award travel last week JFK-SFO, I thought the $5 turkey wrap was actually worth it, but it's twice the size of what I had yesterday in F.
Dinner DFW-SFO was tolerable, with the pasta dishes they've been serving on that route. I make sure I'm in the back of the cabin so they don't run out. Even the salad was good, with some mushrooms and small tomatoes. Of course, the frozen ice cream with brownie bits can be a challenge. My seat mate broke his spoon about half way through his.
