Agreed. I thought we had discussed about the other problems. In general, SQ is pretty good in replying the letter of praises and complaints. The OP mentioned that he/she did not receive any reply which is odd, and I certainly would check back when after a certain period had not received any reply.

It's a wise advice I must say. I had tried certain airlines, and it seems that it was not a perfect match. Thus, I decided not to take that airlines if I can arrange an alternative. Last week, I met another FTer and had a great chat about this. This FTer was in the same boat. This FTer decides to vote with this FTer's wallet.
