I think we're all pretty smart here.
If it's a typical MR fare, there's really no reason not to post some of the cities it works through. Don't have to post all the rules and all the dates that it works on because some legwork should be left to the runner him/herself.
On routings that are more "creative" and more "unique", I think people realize that they're more likely to be closed down. Care should be used when constructing the post about these runs, specifically to take things out that will easily identify the fare or the loophole of the run. Enough details should be given to entice the MR to learn more, but not enough so that the airlines know exactly what the routing/fare/rules that are being bended are so that they can close it immediately. Some might say it's a fine line, but I don't think so...not if we really compose our posts about these runs with some care.
