In high school I did a choir tour and we went through Germany, Austria and Hungary, and one of my favorite places was Budapest

Much more reasonable then Salzburg, and IMHO, a better place.

We did a Cruise down the Danube, sang in the Castle District, and quite possibly one of the best deals in the world

The Hungarian State Opera House - 2nd Best Opera House Acoustically behind La Scala.

And the PRICE!

$40 for Box Seats best of House and $5 for the cheap seats!!!

You have to go no way around it
