The only reason CO flies 757s into BHX is because of lack of larger equipment. They flew D10s in summer 1999 and were filling them.

I'd like DL to start service of its own into BHX, but so far no dice. It's not enough to make me fly CO, however, as I fly lots in the USA and to destinations in Europe unserved or underserved by CO.
