RDM = Redeemable miles; BIS = Butt-In-Seat miles

You can spend the RDMs in a number of ways - flights, upgrades, magazines, etc. The BIS miles accrue towards Million Mile status, 500-mile upgrade packs (you get 4 every 10,000 BIS miles) and CR-1s (2 per quarter in which you accrue 10,000 BIS miles) if you're a 1K
