All of this is making me concerned about a o/w £1000 WT+ ticket I purchased through expedia that I am probably going to have to cancel... has anyone actually had *good* experience with cancelleing BA tickets bought through them?

..and 90 days standard refund time is totally unacceptable- surely there is some sort of trading standards reg covering this sort of thing? anyone know?
