There is the Hotelink service that will be slightly more expensive than the Gatwick Express alone. The service helps you with luggage, assists you with the train and then upon arrival at Victoria transfers you to your hotel by minivan. If your hotel is very far from Victoria it may cost less than the train and a taxi. There is a kiosk for purchasing this service as you come out of customs.
