So, my roomie works at a hotel and gets tons of Customers Complaints. here is the latest one, whats your take?

"AS YOU KNOW, I AM A DIAMOND MEMBER WITH your hotel chain. I CHOOSE TO STAY IN your hotel propoerties WHEREVER I TRAVEL AND HAVE CHOSEN TO STAY AT THE hotel DOWNTOWN your city. HOWEVER, the restraunt AT THE your town PROPERTY IS A SMOKING RESTAURANT (ONE OF THE FEW LEFT ANYWHERE) AND IT IS COMPLETELY DISGUSTING!THE ENTIRE LOBBY SMELLS LIKE SMOKE - IF YOU ARE NOT A SMOKER, THERE IS NO WAY YOU CAN EAT AT THAT RESTAURANT. THE WORST PART IS, THE NON SMOKING ROOMS SMELL LIKE SMOKE AS WELL.CAN YOU KEEP restruant OPEN AND MAKE IT NON-SMOKING?

So - to fill you in, the Restruant/Hotel Chain/Name has been removed. The Restraunt is a Private Club for members, allowing smoking in the Restraunt. I ate there for the first time last week, and I have to say, it was a great restraunt, it is Apparently #5 Steak House in the nation (that's what they advertise). I did notice the Cigar Smoke when I walked in but within a few moments I didn't bother me at all.
