Become DOT is their decision the rule for restrictions at DCA for 1,250 miles. It is some for the airlines is flying out from DCA-SEA, LAX, LAS, PHX, SLC is allowed for slots into DCA for longer flights. I can't recalled for DOTs to get more slots at DCA on HP/US.
