<the hubs are the only likely candidates. I am sure that ORD, SFO, LAX and IAD (?)have them and somebody else can fill in WRT DEN>
2. What 500 mile bonus? This is long gone for the EZ-Chicken. Only EZ-Online will reward you at this point, unless I missed a memo. And no, you don't get the option to wait to get each BP anyway. You get what the Chicken deems you worthy of.
