They're coming all the way up from Cornwall by train in the morning, so presumably looking for a bit of R&R.
Can't help with pre-security, but once airside, they might want to use the Holideck Lounge. They'll have to pay but in some respects, save for the World Wine bar, I prefer it to Gate 10 Terraces. It's much quieter, has a less crammed feel, and from the observation deck has great views of the runway.
