As for the eating and drinking, the only other place that I can suggest with reasonable food is Zen at the Hilton, but it requires hauling over to T4, plus it's not cheap - so it's probably not the sort of thing you're looking for. And it might not even be open at the right times. Otherwise, apart from the Cafe Rouge the better eateries are all airside.
