Yeah-I've had enough of them, so wrote this in reply, in the end;

Unfortunately after having been advised several times now that would be escalated to supervisor level, and then no supervisor has ever come back to me, and after several difft. stories from Expedia, ie. back in late August, then October I was told not to call back for 90 days as the airline would not answer Expedia's calls - I do not believe that handing over my private credit card statement over to you would resolve this. Plus I do not feel I should have to do so, just because one dept. in Expedia is not communicating, or providing correct information to another.
Therefore I have been assigned a case reference with American Express & have been advised, as to how to launch a dispute process through them, so they may act on my behalf in chasing the monies due, including handing over all email communications with Expedia.
