I've not stayed there, but my friends have (straight) and we went for a tour.

My friends really liked it. They have originally booked into the Movie Colony hotel and were disappointed on arrival. They found this one from trip advisor and walking around.

We took a tour around it last summer. It seems nice, neat and clean and the lady on the front desk was very nice. We thought the rooms were a bit basic and if we're going to PS, then we want to be gay (if you know what I mean ). From a gay perspective, I'd choose something in the Warm Sands area myself over this one. But that's just my taste.
