bad experience with SQ Vancouver office

Just need some advice!

This is my 3rd raffels class rtn ticket, I usually fly from YVR to CMB , where the flight from YVR arrives in Singapore at 1145 pm and there is no connecting flight to CMB until next day 1045 pm ( so forced transit time of almost 24 hours)!

I always get a hotel room, 3 meals and taxi transfer from/to airport as per transit rules of SQ..which I think is a standard procedure for all FIRST CLASS airlines ( well at least the ones I know of like EK and BA).

THE STORY: I called Vancouver office to have the "usual" arrangments..but they said to me NO! after lengthy discussion, talking to a supervisor and giving them "evidence" of similar practice in the past SHE KINDLY agreed to book a hotel for me where I check in at midnight BUT I HAVE TO LEAVE THE HOTEL at NOON !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
She said I would have to spend the 11 hours before my flight at the airport!

Despite all my "nice discussions" and that SQ is a good airline ..she says NOOOO!

What shall i do next guys? I am really pissed off but it is too late to find a booking before the holidays
