Frankly I'd prefer it if EVA would just get normal ticket booking working more reliably. For example, booking SGN to LHR via TPE. It seems generally you cannot book tickets from non-TPE cities to Europe via TPE.

This is even more ridiculous as there is currently a promotion for "online" fares from Ho Chi Minh City (SGN) to destinations including Europe.

This is promoted on the home page. ("Online fare savers from Ho Chi Minh City"). Click on this and you get:

"Booking has never been easier – simply click to your destination", a link and prices including fares to Australasia and Europe.

Click on "book now".

Choose "Ho Chi Minh City - SGN" for Departure City and the only destinations you get are North America, ICN and TPE. Europe and Australasia are completely missing from the drop down list.

"Booking has never been more impossible" .....

If there was a feedback form or webmaster email, then I could query this. The one time I queried it by telephone, the person concerned said they'd never looked at the website. It can't be an availability problem - you get this problem before you've selected any dates and whether or not you are looking for a promotion, standard fare, economy, business etc.
