Hi upgrader,

I think Air New Zealand's new seats in business ( being equipped across the fleet) would be pretty good as they are identical ( apart from the colour to the Virgin Atlantic's upper class suite) ie it is a seat that reclines then folds over to become a fully flat bed ( on board service is very good too). I have flown VS's suite and it is very good so would expect the same seat comfort on NZ.
