Sadly FRA is in a class of it's own when it comes to lunacy. I try to avoid it these days.
That said, I was flying out of STN a few weeks ago and noticed a number of such razors in the clear plastic boxes they have before the WTMDs, for people to divest themselves of pocket knives, nail scissors and other "weapons".
