Need help with US mileage run mht-lax
In January my husband will be travelling to Auckland. He is flying UA in F.
He will overnight in LAX. He is travelling MHT to LAX on a Saturday. My thought was to also travel MHT to LAX (US for the CP upgrade), spend the night with him and fly home Sunday. This would be Jan 7/8.
I can fly MHt/CLt/phx/LAX to maximize the miles to about 2800 but returning I can only find LAX/CLT/MHT for about 2600 miles.
At the lower pricing that is.
Does anyone have any ideas on how I can make this more of a mileage run opportunity? Hubby leaves at noon Saturday so I can leave at 7am and "fly around" but would like to get to LAX by 5pm to meet up with him.
