I'm planning on doing the Hawaii reward that gives you 7 nights for 130,000 points. If I order my certificate now and plans change causing us to cancel the trip, can I get my 130k points back?

Or should I wait until a few weeks before and order it? I just dont want the point redemption to go up between now and August.
