My balance is correct, but the detail does not show the last 1K bonus for www booking which inccreased my blance 3 days ago. I wonder how the information can be there and the agents see it, but I can not see it on the web. Sounds like serious problems at DL IT dept.

When I e-mailed DL they responded and said I would see it on my next statement. Does this mean the web site will no longer be real time. I doubt it, just SERIOUS problems.
