Yup, they have been trained alright. I was recently on SQ F, and my bro drove me to the airport in his Mitsubishi Lancer. I was asked the typical..."Am I travelling in F today?" Now the other day when I arrive in the Jag, they ask "Sir, where am I travelling today?"
Incidently, the SKL lounge folks still feel that flying on UA F does not deserve to be in their lounge. They looked at my boarding pass like they haven't seen it before in their lives, and asked if I have a PPS card.....sigh....
