Oakville has the worst traffic on the QEW... there is a problem expanding a bridge over 16 mile creek.... the "Oakvilleites" are worried about fish habitat.
Its been resolved and pre construction operations are underway including the purchase of several houses on the north side of the Highway. The cemetary issue has been resolved through this purchase. Several interchanges have been redone with others underway to facilitate the widening. Bronte and Kerr bridges are the real bottlenecks that have been resolved.
