Thumbs up AA offline fees - BETTER POLICY than BA!
I was seriously shocked when AA told me I wouldn't have to pay the offline £15 fee for telephone bookings... ^

There was no way of booking my baby's ticket via the internet, so "of course we won't charge you as you have no alternative".

Why can't BA follow this policy for tickets that aren't bookable via BA.com?
