my experience on this is that i called exp, told the person that my friends were on flt x, a-b, gave their names, they were found and the ug's were made w/ something in the pnr...i believe, that at checkin, the agent has to do something w/ the "certificate #'s" which should be in the pnr....if it is set up right, the agent still has to do some typing....

you should ask your friend to check on it to avoid a mess at checkin...good luck.
