... and keep in mind that just because a party claims to reserve a right does not mean they actually have a unilateral right.

Where is there anything about photo ID?

.... also keep in mind that the majority of individuals staying in Hilton hotels worldwide may not even be HHonors members, and thus the above is wholly not applicable to such persons.
