To respond to post 118 or the post saying about someone spending 3 hours trying to fight back privacy invasion,

even though the writer has a point abt maintaining privacy but in the current context of being in a civilised world, i wouldn't be surprised if it comes across as unreasonable. The way it was done that is.

Even though im sure there is some self gratification, there comes a point in which it becomes a bit "too much"....

Good customer service in western countries depend on 2 way communication between the provider and the receiver. And flyertalk is one such tool to promote good customer service communication in the travel industry.
