Sorry, but the neo-prohibitionists on the ATL city council have really killed the party by restricting not only liquor sales but club hours for non-alcohol clubs. The choices are pretty limited for a city that was once the gay party capital of the south.

You have a choice of Jungle or Wet Bar if you want a dance club. You usually can find good music and dancing, arguably better than at the dance clubs, at the Heretic or the Eagle. Then there are the bars with music but no dancing like Burkharts or Blakes.

The choices are slim which explains why a DJ like me living in ATL goes 4200 miles to the Uk to work. Let's hope things improve soon.
