Lis, your loyalty to Hilton, despite your experiences, is amazing - hopefully this isrecognised at the Sydney Hilton by now... I'll be moving office soon to the CBD, so will be more tempted to use those vouchers - thanks again. (would you recommend AUK or SYD for a w/end surprise for Mrs BiziBB, on the basis of your happier experiences?)
