no one else does, and when you price it on orbitz, they're all the same. you could take CO or HP to HI for the same price. which one would you pick?
CO doesnt even list HI flights on the BF menu page on co.com. im surprised they even have a concierge for the flight.
The reason it's still BF service is that it's hard to upgrade into. All other airlines use their domestic upgrade policies for HNL; CO uses their intl policy. So while full fare First Class (OK, Business Class in CO's case) may be the same, there are less upgraders on CO.
Also note that a
paid First Class ticket (even discounted F) on UA allows one to ride in F on UA's three-class p.s. flights for 1/2 of the trip. That's even better service and seat that CO's BF. At least for 1/2 the flight.
